Indinero.com and school

So, I’m back in school again, to finish of my degree I suppose. Taking some excellent design courses - Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Compilers. Since school started I’ve been swamped with homework and non-business related things. I’m pushing to graduate early so I’m taking a little larger courseload than most. And socializing with schoolmates really take a lot of time out.

On the bright note, we (indinero) are one of the winners of the CET ventures competition and got $5000 plus 10 months of free office space. Right in the middle of campus.

I’ve also realized that the berkeley computer club isn’t just full of nerds. They are full of some of the best programmers and the most sociable people I know. Recruiters really should just march in there and distribute fliers.

I mainly just wanted to write this non-sequitur blog post so that when people click my blog link from indinero.com they don’t think the link is broken.

Meeting people

Today, Jess and I went to a private party hosted by Andreas Weigend, a stanford professor. There, I met lots of really smart and admirable people in tech. Everyone seems really smart and their work were all so fascinating. I haven’t met so many interesting people in one night since SIMUW. I quickly realized that in order to be remembered, I must do something great in the tech world. Easier said than done. Well, first I’d better fix all the bugs in Internshipin.com
